By accesssing and using the BrightBuds Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services

BrightBuds Studio provides a unique, granular educational service. Unlike traditional sellers who offer fixed sets, we provide a variant-based selection model for flashcards.

Our service allows you to:

  • Browse localized categories.
  • Select specific, high-fidelity variants tailored to the Singapore context.
  • Choose exactly which units and how many of each you wish to have printed.

Each order is a customized print-to-order service based on your specific combination of choices.

2. The Order Process

To ensure clarity and security, our order process follows these steps:

  1. Selection: You pick individual flashcard variants from our localized categories.
  2. Checkout: You provide your shipping and contact information (real names are not required).
  3. Payment (PayNow QR): You initiate an offline payment via the provided PayNow QR code.
  4. Verification: We verify the receipt of funds (usually within 24-48 hours).
  5. Production: Once paid, your custom selection is finalized and enters the printing stage. This stage may take up to 5 working days depending on studio availability.
  6. Delivery: Your order is packed and dispatched via tracked SingPost delivery. We may split your order into multiple shipments to comply with weight/size limits (at no extra cost to you). This may result in deliveries occurring on different dates. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

4. Payment Terms

  • PayNow QR Only: We accept payments only via PayNow QR.
  • Non-Reversible: Due to the custom nature of our products and the security risks of manual refunds, all successful payments are considered final and non-reversible.

5. Product Nature & Intellectual Property

  • Localized Content: Our cards are designed specifically for the Singapore market. We focus on local familiarity to ensure educational relevance for children in Singapore.
  • Custom Variations: Because each order is a unique selection of variants, variations in color or minor cosmetic scuffs are part of the bespoke printing process and are not considered defects.
  • Studio Designs: All original designs and variants created by BrightBuds Studio remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Third-Party Logistics: While we assist with tracking and replacements for lost items, we are not liable for delays caused by SingPost or other external factors beyond our control.
  • Self-Managed Platform: We manage our own website infrastructure and utilize SSL encryption to protect your data. We are not liable for security breaches beyond our reasonable control or those caused by user error.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
